I used Backdrop paint in my living room and, to be fair, I was impressed with how well it covered. The color looked solid after just one coat, though I went ahead with a second coat to make everything look more even. It did a good job hiding the old wall color, so I didn’t feel like I had to keep layering it on. It was easy to work with too, and overall it felt like I got a fair result without needing a ton of paint

So far it’s been holding up good. The paint Feels durable after a few bumps, and it wipes clean easily. I took off one star because darker scuffs still need a bit of Scrubbing to come off.

I was browsing the site it looks nice at first. But once I started actually trying to find the right size and check delivery details, it got kind of annoying. The filters kept resetting on me, which meant I had to keep redoing things, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. I did make it through checkout in the end, so it works, but the whole experience just wasn’t as smooth as I hoped.

The items themselves seem nice, so I don’t really have complaints there. But the delivery experience was frustrating. My order took much longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on most of the time. I ended up having to chase for information, which was annoying. I’d consider ordering again because the products look good, but the delivery reliability definitely needs work.

I ordered a few sample swatches from Backdrop Home because I thought they’d make choosing a paint color a lot easier. They arrived totally fine, but they felt a little too small for me to really picture how the color would look across an entire wall, if that makes sense.
The shade also seemed different in my room at night compared to during the day, so I still ended up feeling unsure. They weren’t useless or anything, just not quite as helpful as I expected them to be.

The brush was okay and got the job done, but the tray felt cheap. For the price, I expected a bit better quality. I also had to wait in a long queue just to buy it, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be...

I’m disappointed with how long the shipping is taking. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. I’ve ordered from similar companies before and usually get my stuff much faster, so this has been frustrating.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and had to exchange it. The return itself went through fine, but like every return process ever, it felt a bit slower than it needed to be. Replies took a couple days, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. It wasn’t a nightmare or anything, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. Everything got sorted in the end, so it was okay overall.

The paint went on really smoothly and the final finish looks nice. I was happy with the overall look, though... the sheen ended up being a bit shinier than I thought it would be.

I placed my order from backdrophome.com a few weeks ago, i was disappointed once it arrived. The colors looked different from what I thought I was getting, and from the start, the whole process just felt more frustrating than it needed to be.
After waiting and then having to go back and forth with customer service, I felt like I was chasing them just to get basic answers. By the time everything was sorted, I really didn’t feel like the price matched the experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here

I had a problem with my order trying to get it fixed was a nightmare. The emails took forever, and every reply sounded like some copied-and-pasted script that didn’t really answer what I’d said. After a while I started wondering if anyone was actually looking into it at all, or if they were just trying to wear me down until I gave up. It still isn’t properly sorted, and at this point I’m done chasing them. Really frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t use them again.

I went with this because it seemed like a more eco-friendly option, and yeah... the smell was low compared to other paints I’ve used. It went on fine and I’m happy enough with the result...

I had a feeling the color options were going to be a little limited, that ended up being true for me. There just weren’t many shades that worked with my room, so it kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. It’s nice overall, but I really wish there were more colors to choose from

At first I thought the paint looked really good, so I figured the touch-ups would be no big deal. Same can, same wall, and I just assumed it would blend right in. Nope. The touched-up spots dried darker and looked kind of patchy, even though I followed the usual steps. For the price, I expected it to be a little more forgiving. Not the worst paint ever, just frustrating

I really like the colors and overall vibe of the site, it feels super clean and modern. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I can see why because there’s definitely some good inspiration there. It just feels a little too curated for my personal taste sometimes, but overall it’s still nice to browse.

I felt confident going into this, but the primer instructions really didn’t help much. The prep steps were vague, and the advice on priming was confusing enough that the paint didn’t end up covering the way I expected. I reached out to support, but they just sent me the same page I’d already read, so that wasn’t very useful.

It looks nice, I’ll give it that, but the price just didn’t make sense to me. It felt like they were banking on people being impressed by the appearance and not questioning what they’re actually getting. For what it is, I really don’t think it’s worth the money.
